The Orientation for Newly-Hired Employees of the Department of Health course shall provide access to basic human resource information, programs, and services that will allow the new employees to become equipped, effective, competent, and highly-motivated public servants. With clear standards, new employees shall have lesser benefit disputes and limited exposure to regulatory risks. It shall promote consistent welfare management and demonstrate a commitment to equal treatment of all employees with no discrimination on the account of gender, civil status, disability, religion, ethnicity or political affiliation.
